Carly feels a great deal of passion and drive for her work; she says that is heavily influenced by her colleagues at LBC. Carly’s confidence in exploring and executing new project ideas for clients comes from LBC’s supportive environment. She works as a teammate with each client, giving her a better understanding of their businesses, organization or school district and how she can help them achieve their goals.
How Carly Got Here
Ever have a summer intern and you couldn’t bear the thought of them leaving? That’s how LBC felt about Carly. So...she stayed!
Carly began working with LBC as an intern in June 2016. How? How else? Laura. She is a member of the board of directors of the American Red Cross of Southwestern New Jersey, and so is Carly’s father. They got to talking one day – LBC needed an intern. Carly wanted an internship. Sometimes magic happens.
When Carly returned to Penn State University in the fall of her senior year, Carly continued to work remotely with LBC. After her graduation in May 2017, she joined LBC full-time and has been working with clients ever since.
Talents and Expertise
Carly brings enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to LBC’s work. She is particularly adept in social media and is using her skills on behalf of LBC clients – and for LBC, too.
Carly also is a talented writer, and has a good eye for design as well. LBC gives her an opportunity to leverage those skills in a creative way on client projects. Carly’s excitement and exuberance positively impact her colleagues and highlight her work.
Her Favorite Projects
In addition to writing, Carly enjoys producing social media campaigns and tracking their success and influence. She also enjoys the creativity of designing visuals for social media, newsletters, flyers, and other collateral materials.
